The Tax Collection Management Sector performs administrative and other technical duties concerning the following: developing tax debt collection programs; monitoring collection and enforced collection at RC’s; coordinating work of organizational units that conduct collection procedures; developing the procedure to enhance collection procedures at RC’s; creating risk assessment programs for collection purposes; organizing work related to taxpayer bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings; organizing and maintaining records on enforced collection and collection procedures for restructured and deferred liabilities; and other duties as stipulated in regulations.
